"I purchased this product in store and found it well constructed and relatively easy to assemble. It is true that I have bought lots of RTA before.. so the assembly was fairly basic. Once assembled the product looked great"

"I have seen this unit in the store a few times and really like the look of it but was hesitant to buy it due to the fact that it was furniture that needed to be assembled. I finally decided to go ahead. Most of it went together fine but after installing the doors I find that they are both so warped that they will not close. Magnets won't hold them closed. Terrible product."

"My wife and I received this as a gift. When I went to the store waiting on delivery, I found it was poorly put together. Upon opening the box, and attempting step #1 I found all the holes for the camlocks missing. Luckily I've done cabinet making in the past and was able to add these holes. The back panel is not quite long enough to be installed as per directions, and the center support had to be installed backwards as to the directions, but of course you dont find this out until you go to install the shelves. But you cant just turn the board around at this point, you've already drilled holes in it attaching the back panel, so I decided to just drill new holes for the shelf supports. when I marked where I wanted the new holes to go, I found that the holes were originally there in the first place, and had been covered in putty and moved. Overall, if you dont know how to edit poorly designed/built furniture, I wouldnt suggest buying this product"

"I just bought and assembled this unit and as far as I am concerned it is great value for the price. Solid wood and no particle board or pressed board backer. The only reason I give it 4 out of 5 is that the instructions are not nearly detailed enough. I had a huge problem with the doors and the shelves until I realized that I had the top on backwards. On reflection the floor model in the store was put together incorrectly with the shelves against the doors rather than the back of the cabinet.
It looks great in our TV room!"

"I waited a year for this item to be restocked at my local store and now I'm kicking myself. I really liked the look and it matched my decor perfectly but is of average (at best) quality for the price.
I'm lucky that I am picky and had planned to use a quality adhesive along with the hardware. The hardware is JUNK, I was careful and still broke two camlocks while tightening.
The doors are both slightly warped and the magnetic clasps are not strong enough to hold the doors....one keeps swinging open and I will have to install something else to keep it shut.
Not worth $200 in my opinion."
