ariens 24 inch snow blower,

"last year we had a lot of snow in sw ontario, after years of shovelling I caved on feb 2 2011 and purchased the 24 inch Ariens snow blower,in my research, the last question, what snow blower does your store use?, and Jeff at london fanshawe pointed to a 3yr old ariens 24in and said, we haven't been able to kill it yet, and he was right, I'm only limited by how fast I can run behind this thing, and even in really heavy snow, just being careful where all the snow is going! Snow blowing has turned from a chore, to now a lot of fun. On our last heavy 30cm snowfall I did 4 of my neighbours laneways.I had some "Tim the Toolman Taylor" moments while now playing outside, opps WORKING outside, yeah right.P.S., the last reason for purchasing was that my father has a 25yr old 24inch Ariens that still also starts on the first pull. I believe the company shareholders haven't gutted out the good parts of this machine for the sake of quarterly profit targets, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK ARIENS."

"Other than a paint defect inside the busness end of the machine it is perfect.. distance wise it throws farther and more accurately than my Mastercraft 29" and is much quieter too.."

"Bought this machine 1 month ago before the big snow storm hit Edmonton. Assembled in 20 minutes out of the box without any problems. Put gas in it and started it on the first pull, didn't have to use the electric starter.
All metal construction, including the chute, easy to turn and handle. Went through the 30 cm of snow we got without effort. Moved the huge drifts of snow in front of the house easily so my wife could park her vehicle in front. Had so much fun, I did the neighbours driveway as well.
Because I live on a small lot, I had to watch out because the machine would throw snow so well it was too easy to throw snow on the neighbours driveway as I was cleaning mine off.
You won't be disappointed with the quality and power of this machine."

Great Machine,

"I bought this last weekend, does a great job. Starts beautifully and really throws the snow. A couple of small issues. The light didn't work and the manual doesn't tell you how to replaqce the bulb and you can't call Ariens directly for help.
As always the HD guys were a great help picking it out and getting it on my truck - thanks"
