Great gift idea but...,
June 4, 2011
By Pamelaf06
from Delta, BC
"This is a great choice for parents who have everything. They can use it to buy what they need, or garden plants, supplies to spruce up the yard. My one complaint is that the form letter this card comes with does not say who it is from so the receiver does not know who to thank. Home Depot should change this field on the form letter to allow for sender's name and a short note."

A point to consider.,
June 18, 2010
By BobD70
"I ordered a gift card for my brother who lives 1000km away. Home depot was able to ship it right to him. However upon arrival the letter said "From Home Depot" and had no mention of who actually paid for and sent it. If HD is going to provide "gift" cards then they should provide the right formatting for their letter."

A Useful Gift.,
June 13, 2008
By ladida
"PROS: No hassles, no expiry, a gift that will not be returned, can be given to anyone, fits in a wallet, can be use to purchase almost anything in the store.
CONS: Some people consider Gift Cards as a thoughtless gift; in reality, it is the most versatile gift possible."
